GROUP TRAINING

Group Training formats are exactly the same as a personal training except in a group setting with all levels of fitness.

​

The benefits of Group Training are that it's a fun, high energy environment where participants feed of each others intensity and power.

​

More often than not, you tend to push yourself a little harder when you're in a group setting alongside others who may be more advanced in Functional Fitness skills, it can be truly inspiring to hear others stories and how far they've come.​

​

Even if you're a sceptic, I highly suggest taking one of our Group Training sessions and truly believe you will fall in love with our format.
